Light & Write Candle and Journal Collections® was born from the desire to bring more intention and presence into everyday life. Our ritual sets pair hand-poured candles with thoughtfully guided journals to create meaningful moments for self-awareness. Whether it’s a mindful five minutes in the morning or a quiet evening to unwind, our products are designed to support your emotional well-being, one intentional ritual at a time.

Minimums
Opening Order Minimum: $300
Reorder Minimum: $100
Case Packs: Products are sold in full case packs only (see details below).
Payment
A 50% deposit is due at the time your order is placed and the other half along with shipping costs is due before order is shipped.
We accept all major credit cards over the phone or via our website. We do accept checks but the order will not ship until the check is cleared (estimated 3-5 business days). Deposits are non-refundable.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days.
All products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
Orders ship from Nashville, TN.
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $300.
Selling Guidelines
Products must be sold in original packaging (including affirmation cards).
No third-party marketplace reselling (Amazon, Etsy, etc.) without written approval.
Online resale is allowed only on your own store/website.
Submitting Your Order:
We will ask that you complete an order form which you can request via email – hello@lightandwrite.com.
The order form can also be returned via email to the same email address.

Wholesale Account customer service hours are Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CST. Wholesale orders are not processed on weekends.
Shipping & Damage Policy:
All orders ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx (2 – 6 business days delivery time) and shipping rates are determined by the weight and destination of your package. Please note that all orders require a signature upon receipt. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.
Shipping charges will be added to the order total.
Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days with photo documentation. Approved items will be replaced or credited.
International Shipping:
All policies for domestic shipping apply to international shipping also. Please note that delays can occur due to Customs and these delays are beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost orders held by Customs. Any charges by Customs, Import Duty Fees or any other charges associated with International Shipping are the full responsibility of the purchaser. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local Customs office for information.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Products are returnable if they arrive damaged. We will require a photograph of the damaged item(s). Any item returned that has been damaged by you, your staff or customers will not qualify for a refund. Shipping costs are not refunded. All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Testers:
Testers for display purposes are available for a low cost. Please refer to our Wholesale Order Form for prices on each tester.
