Light & Write Weekly™  is a weekly invitation to slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself.  We pair candlelight and guided journaling prompts to create sacred moments for emotional clarity, intention and calm.  As part of our community, you’ll receive new journaling prompts delivered to your inbox every Friday. Each prompt is designed to help you release mental clutter, process emotions, and create space for what matters next. All you need is a candle, your journal & pen, and a few moments on the weekend or on any quiet day before the following Friday’s prompt is released.

4. Light your candle to soften the room. 

5.  Open your journal.

6. Write freely and honestly for however short or long of a time it takes.
